That Girl" McFly.

I think McFly's songs are funny.
I've been listening to the CD in the office many times.
It's just so pop-ish and cute.
It's attraction is the same as Counting Crow's Accidentally in Love.
Most of the time, I'm more of a Coldplay kind of person(in the right sort of mood), or the Phantom of the Opera songs, or.......... classical soundtracks(which most of my friends probably find strange), so I don't really listen to pop(except for Westlife-like ballads).
But it's so strange that I get attracted to Accidentally in Love and McFly.
I mean, the whole strawberry ice-cream bit is just funny. It makes me happy just listening to it.
So i guess I like hilarious pop songs.

I went to this book fair at the expo with Jiyi
(I was wearing a a-size-too-big-for-me skirt, because it really felt like it's going to slip down).
I bought two Anne Rice hardcover edition books, and this John Galliano book.
I actually found a Richard Avedon book, which comprised of both photography and writings, but I had second thoughts on buying it.
It's only ten dollars, there were some obscene photographs inside. I can deal with normal nude photography(hello, I have a picture of the half body of a model clad in white underwear), but I think this goes beyond nudity.
It's hard for me to stare at certain photographs for more than 3 seconds.
So sadly enough, I didn't get it(despite my joy when I picked up the book due to its artistic cover and the huge word "Avedon").

I've decided to bring Amandas and the rest to Pastamania for my birthday.
I was at first choosing between TCC(because of its cute Cow art) and Pastamania.
But I've finally decided that since I personally really like to eat pasta, we shall go there then.
It will be fun. Hopefully.

I watched The Interpreter yesterday(need I mention again how attractive Sean Penn is?).
It is such a surprising show really. I still haven't really understood the entire movie yet, but I think Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn makes an amazing pair.
Their talent play a part in the movie's success.
It amazing how Nicole Kidman's expression can tell so much and she doesn't even have to say a word.
Like the part when she was sitting on the bench grieving over the death of Phillipe as well as her brother, I was almost tearing just seeing that look on her face.
Anyway, the movie is great.

Kingdom of Heaven next. (Hopefully, I'll find someone to catch it with me).
And The Jacket. It's a very unheard of movie, but it has Adrien Brody in the lead, including a strange storyline that involves the Gulf war and time traveling.
I'm always up for a strange "unknown" movie(as everyone knows..).

I was going to borrow my sister's white dress for a shopping outing with my friends, but I just can't find the correct bra to go with it.
I really didn't want to wear one too... but it is white.
Bras are such a complicated affair when it comes to matching with clothes.
Sometimes, I have to wear a strapless bra, and I feel uncomfortable in a strapless bra.

My God, I'm just crazy about dresses. Really.
I think I can just buy 10 if I saw 10 gorgeous (and afforadable) ones.

Goodness, it's 1am and I'm still awake. I should sleep.

Don't look back in Anger" Oasis.

I'm currently a free-thinker, but I want a religion.
I want to be religious. I pray every night to God, but it's still strange that I haven't figure out who I'm believing in.
I had one of those strange religion conversation with a Christian, and I'm just thinking a lot now.
All I could say was "I want to be religious, but I just haven't figure out who is the right one".
The obvious answer came "This is hard. It's beyond proof".
I feel quite lost. Because I really have no idea who I want to believe in(I'm from a Catholic school, and my parents are sort of Buddhists), or whether am I ready to commit myself.
I'm not sure if I'm ready to go to church every Sunday..
I know I'm still "young". I'm only 16. But soon I'll hit 21, and I'll be an adult.
I want to be sure of the direction I'm heading.
I think everybody is feeling the same way, not knowing what your future will be.
For me, it's that as well as religion. I don't want to feel so lost.
I want to have a faith.
All the time, I'm just believing in a higher power(God that is).
I need to know who I'm praying to.

(PS:I'm crazy about whimsical dresses.)
