Two days ago, I was feeling horrible.
Work wasn't that great actually. I got scolded for certain things which I feel isn't entirely my fault.
But I know I can't really say anything.
And I had to wash hundreds of cups and plates in the morning.
It just kept coming in...., I was sort of pissed off that I didn't get enough time to finish washing the covers of the ice-cream boxes first(which I feel is more important to get out of the way).
I was really really tired, I mean, it's like the eve of the eve of Christmas.
There was definitely more customers than today.
The embarrassing thing was that I didn't know how to work the microwave.

I guess it really isnt fair that I couldn't leave at the time I should be leaving(which is 6.30)
I mean, I have a movie at 7.05 at Dhoby Gaut!
They actually kept me til' 6.52, by the time I get there, the tickets were sold out.
So yeah, Grace and I didn't even get to watch Ocean's Twelve.
It's really sad(I was SO looking forward to it).
So anyway, I was just telling myself, things can't get worse.
Here's a piece of advice to everybody: don't ever say that, or even think that.
Things apparently DID get worse. Like.. I accidentally took one of the worker's phone.
I had to go back to Orchard to give it back.
I mean, honestly, I was really really tired(8 hours of work).
And it was crowded, like shit.

Anyhow, work today is fine(thank goodness). This girl I was working with, she is rather nice.
She is definitely nice. But I didn't catch her name.
I think the cones are delicious, really. It just smells so darn good.

Everybody reading this should try watching Pay it Forward.
It is such an enlightening movie.
Haley Joel Osment is an amazing actor, given his age.
His expressions are good. He was like a kid, who wanted to do something so much more, he wanted to change the world.
And I can't help thinking how adorable he is.
The movie is just... beautifully touching.

Working is tiring. Really.
I worked 8+ hours yesterday. Not only that, I have to travel all the way back home from Orchard!
That is such a longgggggg journey.
I didn't have anyone to talk to during the train ride, and I had to stand.
I look like shit in a hat that makes my hair flat, despite my desperation to smile to customers(and you know what, I think that makes it worse).
I can't seem to wear my hat the correct way so that my hair and face look fine.
I mean, why can't we just wear a hair band?
Oh, and chocolate ice-cream is the hardest flavour to scoop.
It is so so darn hard. (Unfortunately, it is a popular choice).

Sarah and I suffered a fifteen minutes humiliation, which I don't want to talk about.
I know I'm complaining too much.
Somehow, I still feel that this job isn't as hard as other jobs.
So I guess I'm fine with it.
And I keep smelling Vanilla Caramel Brownie ice-cream, which smells delicious.
I'm glad Sarah recommended that to Grace.
I scooped so much ice-cream that my arms are aching.

I get pissed off when I watch The OC last week.
I mean, I know everybody thinks Theresa is some innocent victim, but I think she has a hidden agenda for whatever she's doing.
What a cunning slime ball she is.

The lyrics just tells so much.
Everything is openNothing is set in stoneRivers turn to oceansOceans tide you homeHome is where the heart isBut your heart had to roamDrifting over bridgesNever to returnWatching bridges burn Found on: The Man Who You're driftwood floating underwaterBreaking into pieces, pieces, piecesJust driftwood, hollow and of no useWaterfalls will find you, bind you, grind you Nobody is an islandEveryone had to goPillars turn to butterButterflying lowLow is where your heart isBut your heart has to growDrifting under bridgesNever with the flow And you really didn't think it would happenBut it really is the end of the lineSo I'm sorry that you've turned to driftwood
But you've been drifting for a long, long time Everywhere there's troubleNowhere's safe to goPushes turn to shovelsShovelling the snowFrozen you have chosenThe path you wish to goDrifting now foreverAnd forever moreUntil you reach your shore You're driftwood floating underwaterBreaking into pieces, pieces, piecesJust driftwood, hollow and of no useWaterfalls will find you, bind you, grind you And you really didn't think it would happenBut it really is the end of the lineSo I'm sorry that you've turned to driftwoodBut you've been drifting for a long, long timeYou've been drifting, for a long, longDrifting for a long, long time
