Missing" Evanescence.

This song has a solemn tune to it. It's really sad, despite the fact that it's rather short.
I was attracted to it just by listening to Amy Lee singing one line of the song during an advertisement.
That's how powerful its attraction is.

Yesterday, in the morning, I was feeling terribly nauseous.
I forced down my ginseng drink, which my mum made.
And guess what. I vomited it out(not because I'm dieting or whatsoever, I just had the urge to vomit the entire drink).
It's funny(Not literally).
But I felt terrible. So I guess that's how bulimic people feel? Eating and vomiting.
I'll never do that. It's so damaging to your health.

So anyway, I HAD to go down to town, to collect my uniform.
I'm still pondering whether should I get the book Marie Antoinette The Journey by Antonia Fraser?
Oh, and I finished Five People You Meet in Heaven.
It is so.............. I can't even find a word to describe my experience in reading the book.
It's so full of knowledge, it enriched my mind.
I really enjoyed it.
Despite the fact that it's not thick(as to what Sarah commented on), it's just so thick(As in teachings). I felt like I've learned a lot.
I would say that this is so much more better than Tuesdays with Morrie.
Mitch Albom is a fantastic writer, I liked this thing that he wrote at a beginning of a chapter,
"All parents damage their children. It cannot be helped. Youth, like pristine glass, absorbs the prints of its handlers. Some parents smudge, other crack, a few shatter childhoods completely into jagged little pieces, beyond repair".
Intepret it in your own way.

Currently, I'm considering reading Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov.
It is sort of interesting for me. I mean, I've read books about childhood pain and suffocation(Not literally), a woman disgusted humans and life, a man who loves a woman so much that his sacrifice for her is endless, childhood literature, and five lessons u learn.
So this book(Lolita) is more on... seduction, pure innocence, and a guy who lusts after his Lolita.

I saw things that I like in town. So probably I'll be bringing my mum down on Monday.
Haagen Dazs training today is sort of... interesting, but at the end, I got restless.
I didn't really make any friends. (I really have to try to be more sociable).
Right.

Kiss the girl" From The Little Mermaid.

I just watched Being John Malkovich.
It is definitely a weird show, but very interesting.
It is about people being more comfortable in another person's skin, and not in their own skin.
Like how Cameron Diaz can only have sex with the woman she loves, only if she is IN Malkovich's skin,
The same thing goes for John Cusack.
Catherine Keener is so beautiful(She almost resembles Sofia Coppola).
This is probably the best performance by Cameron Diaz which I've ever seen.

I went to Jiyi's house yesterday. It's fun to be in her house, with the warm colours on the walls and beautiful things in it.
We watched The Virgin Suicides.
I watched that a year ago, but I forgot little parts here and there.
So I just had to watch the beautiful movie again, the one that really made me think deeper.
Josh Harnett was like a hippie in the show.
I really didn't think he was really hot, maybe puppy-like cute.
My friends liked the show, I was afraid they'll find it boring and do something else. But thank goodness they didnt.
They always find my taste in movies and books weird, they never really take my reccommendations.

I was sick. Like 2 days ago, I was sneezing so much, and blowing my nose almost non-stop when Jillene and Sarah came over.
I hardly fall sick, so yeah, I felt terrible.
Jillene was saying, "This is funny, I'm the only person who isn't sick and I'm the one who's the most sickness-prone".
Which is so true.
(I'm annoyed that Mercedes was second in America's Next Top Model. I thought Shandi will be much better being second.)

I am currently so addicted to Jiyi's Disney Songs CD.
I love Kiss the girl and Under the Sea.
Sebastian(as in the crab in Little Mermaid) sings in such a funny way, I don't think he's English or American. He sounds European.

I woke up so late, at one(at noon).
I don't think I'll sleep so early today.
I've been sleeping rather early these two days because I was feeling a little drowsy from the medicine I've been taking.
Oh, Matchstick men is really really interesting! At first I was angry that Nicholas Cage got conned, but I realized that he deserved it for all the bad things he had done, despite the fact that he wants to repent for his daughter.
It was sweet, it was like a silent cry for me when I watched the part when he said, "I killed the guy, you didn't" to his daughter.
Nicholas Cage is a great actor.

"Jake's got a face where you can see the weather changing very clearly" A line from Elle magazine about Jake Gyllenhaal.
It really describes his good looks perfectly. The person who wrote this article is good.

I felt happy last week.
For one thing, my friends(as in Amandas, Mel and Jiyi) loved my new haircut.
It was funny because they hated it when I cut my hair.
I was self-conscious about my hair when I was going to meet them for dinner.
I was waiting for the "WHY did you cut your hair?" lecture that always put me down.
But thank goodness they didn't say that. They were in fact, complimenting on my new haircut.

I really really have to stop using the PC for today.
I've been online for hours, and it's really bad for the eyes.
I'll be watching a movie with Jillene, but we haven't settled on what to watch yet. It'll be either Blade or National Treasure.

Driftwood" Travis.

I love this song. I heard it on TV, and I just had to download it.

I can't find a job anywhere.
I couldn't even get the Haagen Daz job.
I only got ONE application filled out(at Starbucks).
It's sad. Because I don't want to spend the rest of my holiday(which is like six months) next year doing nothing at all.
I want to gain experience and earn my own cash.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I went out today with my sister.
We got this corset-like top(it was free size). But I couldn't fit into it because it's so damn big for me.
So my sister's going to wear it instead.
I can't get anything for myself all the time. I don't know why.
I'm so picky about jeans.
I know I shouldnt be. But I want my jeans to be perfect.

I really really really want this book(Marie Antoinette: The Journey by Antonia Fraser).
It's something like a biography.
But it's 26 dollars.
It'll probably be like the second 26-dollars book I'll get after The Bell Jar.

I haven't watched:The Polar Express, Alexander(Because its fucking M18!), The Edge of Reason and The Incredibles.Oh and National Treasure(Heard it's real history)!
Recently, my sister told me Christmas with the Kranks is wonderful.
So yeah.

I'm excited to get my photographs developed.
It's funny, I'm not tired now.
Maybe it's because I woke up at 1 in the afternoon, after the freakiest and weirdest dream ever.
I almost cried, really. And I can't remember what it is.
Maybe I should try Amanda Tee's idea. To write down immediately my dreams when I wake up.
