Drops of Jupiter" Train.

Today is beautiful.
Everyday is beautiful.
Do you believe that everyday is perfect?

That's the thought for today.
=)

In class, the usual noisy mornings,
Greeted by a thundering shout from Nurul, telling us to shut up.
(What's new?)
Read Samantha's gossip magazine. It was interesting.
Gwyneth Paltrow is suffering from depression(after giving birth).
I think it's sad.
Jake Gyllenhaal is so so so hot. I think Kirsten Dunst should just go back to him really.
Kate Hudson's marriage with Chris Robinson is on the rocks.
Hmmm.

It's so cool, the fact that we met our class friends at Tanah Merah MRT station today.
Weird thing is, we're all going to the same destination:Changi Airport.
They wanted to study, and Jiyi and I wanted to read magazines at WH Smith.
It was fun.
Jiyi and I had our first experience of seeing how the train moves(Literally).
We will be looking at the end of the train, and seeing it move.
It's really cool.
We went to eat McDonalds.
I got introduced to this whole Spicy Double burger craze.
(Everybody loves it, my sister, Val, and Alyssa etc...)
It's delicious and spicy. But too spicy for my taste. I'll probably need four bottles of water when I eat that.

Rio is the best place in Brazil.
Chile, is it pronounced as Chilli, or Chee-lay.
Ms Pilo was saying it as Chee lay, and I was just wondering if I was wrong.
I hate it when I pronounce things wrong, and I feel so dumb.
The McDonalds have all these places of interests pasted on the walls for the tourists I think.
Oh and US exchange rate just fell to 1.6
I thought it was interesting, I'm really really slow.

Vanessa and I agreed that Garnier rocks so damn much!
Garnier's a cool skincare product, really.

I watched the Chinese 7pm show today.
The one with Huang Biren in it.
(Btw, I think she's beautiful, tall and skinny).
It was the most touching episode of all.
There was this father in the show who takes care of the whole big family.
But his son got addicted to drugs. He called the police, duh.
He found out that his other son is dating a prostitute,
And another son is involved in something that affects his company.
So he's suffered a stroke and was wheelchair bound. It was sad, because he was carrying an expression of sadness and not talking at all.
His daughter-in-law(Huang Biren) came to him and placed his grandson into his stiff hands.
She said, "You've got to use your strength to hold him. You have to use your strength to hold the baby, or he'll fall off".
I think she's trying to reassure him that what he's doing is correct.
That sometimes, parents have to stand firm and say no so their children don't fall off.

I thought it was really meaningful.
I almost cried. And his father wrote a letter to his son in the rehab centre, saying
"When I called the police, my heart ached more than your's. But I know I have to stand firm, or you'll still be eating drugs and throwing away your life".
It was really touching. And I realized the important role of the father.
The fact that they have to bind the family together, and have to remain strong even though they do want to be the ones protected sometimes but they can't because they're the father.

I think I'm getting affected by The Bonesetter's Daughter.
I felt like crying at the last part, when LuLing called Ruth saying things like, "Ruth, I forgot if I did anything wrong to you in the past, I can't remember. But if I did, I'm sorry".
Normally, when people are dying, they go like, "Whatever I did, I'm sorry".
Just like Armageddon, and every other of those apocalypse movies.
Will I do that next time in the future?
Because every human is just scared of going without telling the people we love that we've sorry for not listening, for not being obedient.
I'm getting so fucking emotional right now.
I think I need a tissue.

Collateral Collateral!!
Tom Cruise is so hot.
My God, he carried this look of evil when he jumped onto the train.
I thought that was so so hot.
The movie's great, it's something about life I think.
Moral values perhaps.
He's hot and, an amazing actor.
I liked the song played when the dog walked by.
It was the climax(According to me it is the climax anyway) part, I was like saying "Nice song".

There's this model with the smokiest eyes ever.
Amanda and I were talking about her(Eugenia Volodina) about 3 months ago. We didn't think she was that pretty.
I was like, "It's that smokey eyes of her's".
Amanda, "Which is what designers like actually."



Come to think of it now, her smokey eyes are really pretty cool.

Okay.
I watched October Sky yesterday.
It's a really meaningful show(With Jake Gyllenhaal taking the lead of course =))
It was a movie(in 1999),
About Homer Hickam. He stays in Coalmine, West Virginia, and there, he's supposed to grow up to be a coal miner as people there believe that you can't make it big.
He saw the first satellite sputnik launched by the Soviet Union in the 1950s across the October sky, and he was inspired by it to make rockets.
Small rockets, mind you.
He was teased and made fun of by his brother, almost everyone in school and his dad.
Yet, a bunch of loyal friends(Including a Science geek Quentin) helped him to make those rockets. They had to overcome many many many obstacles(Really a hell lot, including getting arrested, his dad falling ill, arguments with his dad etc..).
Successfully, they proceed on to take part in a Science field competition and won scholarships.
Now he's like a NASA engineer in US.

It really is sort of cool.
I guess I began to believe that miracles perhaps do happen,
and "there's nothing wrong in shooting for the stars".
And Jake Gyllenhaal's adorable in the movie.
He really has thin lips.

Entertaining.
Charlotte Tilbury seems like a cool makeup artist.
Except the fact that she keeps saying, "Darling" all the time, according to the article.
She did makeup on Kate Moss and in that picture, it didn't look like Kate Moss at all.
It looked like a person prettier than Kate Moss.
(Because I really personally don't like Kate Moss).
